These include third-party testing (such as GC/MS reports) to ensure purity, transparency in sourcing practices and origin details, partnerships with ethical and sustainable farms, certifications like Organic or ISO standards, and a strong company reputation in the essential oil community. Additionally, oils are packaged in dark glass bottles or containers with clear labeling to maintain quality and safety.

How are your products made?

At Balanced Home Apothecary, all of my products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. I use only high-quality, pure essential oils sourced from trusted suppliers, and I carefully blend them to create safe and effective products. Each product is made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality, following rigorous standards for purity and consistency. I also use natural, skin-friendly ingredients like carrier oils and magnesium oil, ensuring that everything is crafted to support your well-being and align with our commitment to clean, holistic wellness.

What is your return policy?

At Balanced Home Apothecary, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. If you have used the product and are not satisfied, please contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of essential oils and custom products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your product, please reach out to us.
  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details, and we’ll arrange for an exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers, with options for expedited shipping if you need your items sooner.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship throughout the United States, and offer flat-rate shipping for domestic orders.
