Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you’ll receive repeat deliveries on the schedule you pick, and your payment method is charged before each delivery.
You can change, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. Use the link in your order confirmation email, or email hello@balancedhomeapothecary.com and we’ll take care of it for you. Changes need to be made before your next charge date to apply to that delivery.
