I wanted to use this for a decent amount of time before writing a review. I have struggled with sleep for quite some time - I fall asleep easily, but once I wake up, I'm up. I've tried a lot of remedies (melatonin, magnesium-based supplements, etc) and they work for a week or two and then I'm back to bumming out about sleep. I started using this spray 5 weeks ago - I spray three sprays on my tummy before bedtime and I have been getting really good sleep! Even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I've been able to get back to sleep relatively quickly. The fact that I'm still having success after over a month of use tells me that this might just be the secret key to sleep. AND it smells great, too!
