My almost 6 year old has always struggled with falling asleep. Once she is asleep she has always slept through the night, but getting asleep has always been a struggle. We have been using melatonin since she was 4 because her quality of sleep was the priority at the time. We have been slowly decreasing the amount she got before bed and over the holidays we stopped giving it. She has been melatonin free for a month and it has been going 10 times better than we ever thought and that is because of this blend.
